You may return your cabinet hardware purchase for a refund within 15 days of your receipt. Your purchased item(s) must be unopened and in their original packaging. There is a 25% restocking fee for any returned merchandise. Shipping will not be refunded. We will waive your restocking fee if you place a subsequent order for a similar number of items. Buck Snort Lodge products are hand crafted and made to order. All products require a 10 day lead time. All orders that are either modified or cancelled, will also have a 50% restock fee unless modified or canceled the same day of placed order.
