As a customer of SIMPLY KNOBS AND PULLS, you agree to follow SIMPLY KNOBS AND PULLS policy to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) from SIMPLY KNOBS AND PULLS before attempting to return any products.
If an item is delivered to you damaged, it is your responsibility to report it to us within 24 hours. Anyone returning orders without authorization from us will be responsible for the cost to reship the item(s), and the item(s) beign returned will not be accepted. Please contact us and make us aware of the problems before returning it, in this manner we may properly file a claim (according to procedure). If you do not wish to receive a replacement for the damanged item, you may return the item for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee, plus any applicable shipping fees depending on the product line you have purchased.
If there is nothing wrong with the merchandise, and you simply do not like the choice you have made, you may return the item for a refund minus an applicable 20% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping fees depending on the product line you have purchased. You, the customer, are responsible for all return shipping costs. All items must be returned within 14 days of you receiving the merchandise. All products being returned must be in the original packaging and in their orginal condition in order to be returned.
Refunds for canceled or returned orders can only be credited back to the same credit card used to make the purchase. In the event that the original credit card is no longer valid, a check will be mailed to the billing address from the original order. Refunds may take up to days to be processed and credited to your credit card statement.
