We typically respond to our customer's e-mails within one business day. We ask that you do not submit credit card information or other sensitive
information in your e-mail, as this is not part of our website's secure ordering system.
We require that our customers request a Return Merchandize Authorization number (RMA number) before returning any merchandise. In the event that
you wish to return your purchase, simply fill out our return form to receive your RMA number.
We do not currently offer the payment options of PayPal or Google Checkout. We hope to be adding these two payment processing features in
the near future.
There is a 25% restocking fee for any returned merchandise. Also, please note that any paid shipping will not be refunded.
